After another disappointing Haute Couture collection by Bill Gaytten we can only agree on that it was indeed an improvement since his last attempt but yet, he has failed to dazzle me. Nothing to be excited about —just the same old recycled ideas from past seasons is what we’ve got to see in the runway.
Dior is going nowhere. Creating beautiful, artful and sellable clothes is possible and it’s has been done a thousand of times before. I don’t see the need to stick to a safe position season after season. Come on, Gaytten! Spice it up a bit.
